I'm a long time coding enthusiast and professional software developer. I focus on building performant, high-quality custom software for businesses so they can address and solve genuine pain points and increase their team's productivity.

How we can work together.
Off-the-shelf software doesn't fit how you work
Generic tools force your team into their workflow. I build software shaped around how you actually operate.
A previous developer left you with a mess
Half-built, undocumented, or abandoned code. I get oriented in an unfamiliar codebase and pick up where they left off.
An agency keeps changing the price
Scope creep and open-ended hours drain budgets. I scope the work up front and deliver to that plan.
You need to test an idea before spending real money
A lean MVP, built and shipped fast, so you know if it's worth scaling before you hire a team.
CesPro is a facility intelligence platform for Abu Dhabi, covering annual contracts, on-demand visits, and 24/7 emergency response on one platform. It's my biggest project to date and the one I've led from the ground up. As lead architect, the buck stops with me on every technical decision. Authentication, audit logging, and core data architecture are my direct work, and I lead a three-person engineering team. It's live today, with real users.
Daybreak Home
SOLO
Built end-to-end booking and management for a UK services marketplace — covering customers, service providers, and staff — with payment gateway integration and automated payouts.
LAF
SOLO
A complete platform for a B2B sports psychology startup: fully functional web and mobile apps covering performance tracking, appointments, and analytics, built for four user types — psychologists, business owners, athletes, and coaches. Upgraded and refined across multiple versions over several years.
Invento
TEAM OF 2
Comprehensive inventory and fleet management for a gas cylinder distribution company, built to track day-to-day operations across warehouses, vehicles, and staff. I owned the architecture, domain logic, and tests; a collaborator handled CI/CD.
Makido
SOLO
An Uber-like ride-sharing platform built for a private business — driver app, rider app, admin dashboard, and backend server — designed to run privately and efficiently at low cost.

How an engagement runs.
01
Discovery
We talk through the problem and what success actually looks like, skipping the generic requirements doc.
02
Architecture
I design the system before writing any production code: the data model, the stack, and the parts that are expensive to change later.
03
Build
You see working software early and in increments, rather than waiting for one big reveal at the end.
04
Ship
Deployed and tested, then handed over to your team or kept running by me.
05
Support
I stay available after launch. A lot of my client relationships have run for years, well past the first release.
> favorite side project
Sprintline, a sprint-planning tool I built for myself and use every day to run my own projects.
> languages-and-tools

Both, depending on the project. Most of my work is solo, end-to-end, but I bring in contracted developers and lead the team when a project needs more hands.
What happens after the project ships?
I stay involved. Several of the projects on this site are long-term relationships that I've supported and upgraded over years, rather than one-off handoffs.
How do engagements typically work?
Whatever fits the project best: fixed-price for well-scoped builds, hourly or retainer for ongoing work.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, happy to sign one if the engagement calls for it.
